Grievance Officer
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, every Data Fiduciary must designate a Grievance Officer who answers complaints about how personal data is processed. This page tells you who that person is, how to reach them, what to expect, and what to do if you are not satisfied with the response.
