Ganakys hires senior engineers, product folks, and operators who want to ship real software for real founders. We don't run an offshore-bench model and we don't put juniors on customer codebases. If you've shipped production software and you'd rather work on five focused products than ten distractions, we should talk.

How we hire

Honest, in writing, in time.

Every applicant gets a written reply within five business days — yes, no, or a request for more time. We don't ghost candidates, and we don't ask for unpaid work as part of an interview.

Interviews are scoped: a screening call, a take-home that mirrors a real engagement (paid above 4 hours), and a debrief with the founder.

Compensation is discussed in the screening call, not after the offer. We pay cash, not equity-only — equity grants are additional, transparent, and explained in writing before sign-on.
