Shipping & Delivery Policy

Ganakys Codilla Apps OPC Pvt. Ltd. provides software design, development, hosting, and operations services. We do not ship any physical goods. Everything we deliver is digital and is provided through one of the channels described below.

1. Service delivery channels

  • Client portal at client.ganakys.com — engagement updates, invoices, project documents, support tickets, and milestone artifacts.
  • Email — invoice notifications, payment confirmations, and operational communication, sent from @ganakys.com addresses.
  • Source code repositories — code, runbooks, architecture documents, and credentials are handed over at the Transfer phase via the agreed Git host (typically GitHub) and an encrypted secrets bundle.
  • Production hosting — for products under our Operate phase, the live service is reachable on the agreed domain. Uptime targets are stated in the Statement of Work.

2. Delivery timelines

Delivery timelines are agreed in writing per engagement and recorded in the Statement of Work. Build phases typically run 8–16 weeks; Operate phases run 3–12 months; Transfer completes within 30 days of acceptance. Exact timelines depend on scope, third-party dependencies, and the client's review cadence. Delays caused by client-side feedback latency or unavailable inputs may extend the timeline; we communicate any expected slippage as soon as we identify it.

3. Confirmation & access

  • On invoice payment via Razorpay or bank transfer, you receive an automated email confirmation with the invoice PDF and a payment receipt.
  • On portal account creation, you receive a one-time email with a set-password link. This is the only mechanism by which you receive portal credentials.
  • On Transfer completion, you receive a signed Transfer Memorandum that lists every artifact handed over and confirms full IP assignment.

4. Geographic scope

Build-Operate-Transfer engagements are offered to clients in India. International (USD-billed) engagements are limited to Build-Transfer only — we do not run an Operate phase or distribute profits to non-India entities. All delivery for international engagements happens via the same digital channels described in Section 1.

5. No physical shipping

We do not ship any physical merchandise, devices, hardware, printed materials, or other tangible goods. If you receive an unsolicited communication claiming to be from Ganakys regarding a physical shipment, treat it as a phishing attempt and email grievance@ganakys.com.

6. Failed or interrupted delivery

If a digital deliverable cannot be accessed (portal unreachable, repository transfer fails, email bounces, etc.), please email support@ganakys.com with your engagement reference. We respond within one business day during the engagement and within five business days post-Transfer.
